The authors among us know exactly what this means. If the manuscript is picked up, the hard work has just begun. If not, I've got to hunt for someone else to take the book project on. Either way, it will take some time to get it out on the market. I might get old before then!
The nice thing is that I can start diving into my next project that I have tentatively named "The Backbone of the World." It will have a few new twists in it that I haven't explored before. The research alone will be a brain-load, therefore it shouldn't take to long to do considering the size of my brain. If I can write the story well, there will be a number of surprises buried in it. It will have to do with a member of the Blackfoot Tribe in Northern Montana. I'll probably break down and blab a few hints along the way, but not too many.
Keep your fingers crossed. This should get interesting!
