Hollow Point

Hollow Point has been on the market for a wee bit over a year now and I've been pleased with the five star reviews it has received from regular readers. As with any other novel, a good deal of effort must go into alerting folks of its existence and location. If I've learned anything, it's that no one ever hears the same news at the same time, so I'll blow the bugle yet again!

This novel is a contemporary Native American-based story that involves crime, suspense and thrills that run up your leg assuming you haven't just spilled hot coffee in your lap at a good part. It is only available as an E-book on any major E-readers and takes seconds to find and download through Amazon Kindle or Champagne Book Group. I have found it easy to get through on long flights, quiet afternoons and any time you would like to read a story that will make you think.

The short of it is that a Suquamish Tribal Cop is tasked with determining whether drugs are being manufactured on the Rez. The effort was met with many dead ends.. His fortune changes when he acquires the help of a sight-impaired Native Healer and his entourage of unlikely colleagues. Then unbelievable things begin to happen; the kind that would cause people to question a man's sanity.

2015-The Year I Try To Write A Complete Blog Post

Geez, I only made it through a half year of news trying to sum it up. I didn't realize the whole post didn't make it through until much later. Sorry to leave you hanging, but the second half of 2014 wasn't all that inspiring. As a matter of fact, a good deal of it really sucked with the loss of my mother in early December and battling off the effects of a ginormous kidney stone.

Here it is better than a week into the new year and things are slowly moving into the new normal. My dad's adjusting to his new life sans his partner of 63 years the kidney stone was zapped into oblivion this past Monday, but now my granddaughters are battling pneumonia and the whole family looks like it got drug backwards through a rat hole. I'd like nothing more than to start working on the new e-book and get my mind off on other things for awhile. If all goes well, it should be released around the 1st Monday of July.

Thank you for all the prayers and encouragement from those who knew the battles at hand. It meant a great deal.  Now it's time to bring "The Sheep Eater" to life!

My paternal Great Grandfather was full-blood Cherokee and his wife was full-blood Kickapoo. The rest of me is a Euro-mix.

I retired from the Fire Department in 2005 and have been writing since 2009. I have four grown kids and a Grandson, plus twin Granddaughters born in January of 2014, which qualifies me for treatment of PTSD, I'm sure!
